About return / exchange
If the delivered product has stain, damage, failure, etc., please contact us by e -mail or telephone and return the product by cash on delivery. We will send normal products directly to customers directly from our shop or manufacturer. Please note that if the replacement product is sold out, it will be repaired or refunded.
■ Replacement and return due to customer's convenienceIf the ordered product is different from the customer's desired product, or if the size does not match, there is no scratches, or resale, and only returns and exchanges are accepted. If you can do it to the product (cut the tag, etc.), or if you use it once, it will be excluded. In the case of returned or exchanged for customer's convenience, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please return it within 8 days after the product arrives.
■ Refund in the case of returned goodsAfter confirming the product for returned goods due to defects such as products, we will refund the entire product price. Regarding refunds due to returned goods for customer's convenience, we will cancel the claim or refund by bank transfer. In the case of a refund by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
